My name is Carol Falle and I have an extensive background in the financial lending industry and my commitment and dedication is to you!  I always work for the best interests of my clients and ensure that I take the time to fully determine what mortgage products best suit your needs.  With my expertise, you will find shopping for a mortgage not only fast and easy, but you will also benefit from the lowest interest rates possible.

I am backed by Dominion Lending Centres who sends more than 8 billion dollars in mortgage volume annually to different lending institutions and in return these Lenders provide exceptional rates, fast turnaround times and flexibility with approvals...ALL of which gets passed on to you!!!

I also have access to Lenders who specialize in providing mortgages to clients who are self employed, contract employees, have seasonal income, have trouble proving income or lack some of the standard documentation.  I have seen all different situations and am experienced in getting the "unconventional" mortgages approved.

My services include a free mortgage consultation for purchases as well as debt consolidations and equity take outs.  I work hard for my clients; I do not work for the Lenders.  It is my job to provide timely, expert, unbiased advice and make certain that you, my client, obtain the very best mortgage products for your specific situation.
